Hunting Easter Eggs in Sarlat
Sarlat town profits from the big easter weekend, by proposing an Easter egg hunt for those who maybe have no gardens. . This tradition, which children adore, is an occasion that allows families of all ages to play at hunting chocolate treasures in the back alleys of the selected areas.
This again is about enhancing our gastronomic and historic heritage by demonstration 400 which attracts nearly 400 children , accompanied by their parents , each year.
Very early in the morning, 20 municipal agents hide 2000 2000 colored eggs in the selected area.
Each area color : blue, yellow, the green, red and orange will guide children throughout the morning. Once the 5 eggs of different colors found (or 3 colored eggs for children under 5 years), each can exchange them against a chocolate bag.
Those lucky enough to find a golden egg entitled to a gourmet surprise and a cinema ticket.
From 25 golden eggs, 5 have silver stripes who have found the, in addition to the chocolate surprise, free climb in the panoramic lift Sainte Marie.
